I have two database 4.1 and 4.0

  • I don’t why i have two version of WP running at my website.There are 4.1 and 4.0. The real one is 4.1 WP version.
    But i don’t know suddenly my WP going to 4.0 version.Some of the new post(at 4.1 WP version) was gone if the WP using the 4.0 version.Then after a few hours,it come back to 4.1 WP version.When it running on 4.1 WP version,all the data ok.
    What the problem?Is it WP configuration or the server?Please help me.

  • Hey!

    Have you checked your wp-config.php file? That should be at the root of your site. That is the file that connects WordPress to your database. You should see what database name WordPress is trying to connect too.

    When you see WordPress ‘flip’ to the 4.0 version, check that wp-config.php file again and make sure it looks the same as before.

    if the database switch to 4.0, i can’t login to cpanel..the login is invalid..if during 4.1..i can login to the cpanel..
