    Dear Sir/Madam

I’m using two different forms on my website, one for contacts (Avada theme’s form) and the other one (Q-form) for a particular subscription to services. Although I have set a sender (nubes@…..) on my “services form”, whenever someone uses that form, he/she receives an automatic reply sent from contatti@….. which is the “from field” address used on your SMTP. Apparently the SMTP e-mail address overwrites the one set on my Q-form settings. I would like my subscriber to receive an automatic reply from contatti when they write on contacts form and from nubes when they subscribe to our services. Could you please help?

    Thanks in advance

    Best regards

  • Hi,

Can you share the plugins settings you configured?

    Thank you.

Sure, sorry. The configuration is this:

    <script async src=”//s.imgur.com/min/embed.js” charset=”utf-8″></script>

When I go to the Easy WP SMTP settings on the Additional Settings tab, and enter the “From” email address (nubes@……) in the ‘Don’t Replace “From” Field’ field, I don’t get any e-mail.

    Thanks again

I installed a new plugin to troubleshoot the problem and apparently, office server does not recognize nubes@… as a permitted sender

    <script async src=”//s.imgur.com/min/embed.js” charset=”utf-8″></script>

so I don’t receive any e-mail. I guess I must modify something in the SMTP server, unless there’s another option?! What do you suggest to do?

    Thanks again

    Best regards

Hi, our plugin works with the smpt configuration in the plugins settings and communicates with your smpt server settings. The settings in your smtp server to communicate with our plugin are the same.

I guess I must modify something in the SMTP server,

    Yes, that is correct.

    unless there’s another option?

The only option I recommend is to speak to your server administrator regarding this issue. This is beyond the scope of this plugin, unfortunately.

    Kind regards.

Thanks a lot for the support; I’ll ask the server admin to verify the settings.

    Best regards
