I have updated the theme and every thing gone!

Hello,
If you change your theme to another theme you will loose all settings from the previous theme. Best is to restore the old theme and do a back-up. Depending on what theme you are using for the new design you may have to do some adjustments so that the new site looks good.

I didn’t change to another theme that’s the point.
I had an update for my theme I then I lost everything!

and don’t have any the options like before, I can’t edit nothing right now.

You downloaded and use the theme before it get public so it has conflict with new version ( I guess you downloaded it from justfreethemes )

In version 1.0.3 we used Customizer to handle the front page content and it’s not allow by www.ads-software.com review team ( https://themes.trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/27818#comment:12 )
In version 1.0.9, the theme review team force us to change the way the front page data being handle and they suggest us to use page content and you can select page from customizer. That way you won’t lost any content when switch to other theme. It looks like that the content of your inside pages is still there. Check your Reading Settings and make sure you point to your custom homepage.

Thanks for the help! I fixed it, but I think something weird with the about us section, I think that before the update I have write there something different from the settings, but now it’s taking the pages I have and put them in the about us section on the main page

The theme is not allow to use Customizer to generate content because you will get lost when switch to other theme. If you use Page/Post then anything will be safe.
