I hope someone can help?

Ok so I have set up a site using woocommerce for a company that sell wooden engraved pictures. The problem is I have not been able to add the functionality for the user to upload an image easily. How would I set up woocommerce so that as a part of the order process they have to upload the image?

Or is there a different solution that offers the ecommerce side of things as a simple plug in?

We cannot move away from wordpress as the customer particularly likes the backend of wordpress.
