• Hands down, their support sucks! This is ridiculous. I have checked everywhere and cannot figure out how to get my 2checkout gateway on the actual checkout page at all. I have all settings configured and the gateway isn’t showing up on my checkout page! Not only that, but you cant even ask the developers how to fix it because it will cost you $97 just to ask. This is insane! I will never recommend this plugin to anyone because of this, they are clearly greedy as hell and don’t give [redacted] about the “middle class” individuals who cannot afford to pay that kind of money to answer 1 question. It’s clearly an issue on their end as I cannot find any documentation whatsoever on how to get the actual gateway to display and work on the checkout page. I go to my checkout page and its just a blank screen.

    For people reading this review, we do care about people trying to use Paid Memberships Pro, all 50,000 of them. This user has not asked “1 question”, they have reached out via our contact form 5 times and we have answered each request. The first communications back to them went to spam and created frustration and delay.

    We don’t limit how many contact form replies we will communicate with a user about, however we do expect that users unable to upgrade for paid support will treat us with kindness and understanding for continued help.

    We are advising this user seek another plugin than Paid Memberships Pro. We have had repeated communications via email with Garrett and he is not willing to wait a day or two for a reply via our site’s contact form.

    Additionally, for those reading this review, Garrett is having an issue with SSL on his site, and because of that the checkout page is not loading. We have instructed him to follow up with his host or a developer to locate the SSL errors in the page so that he gets the “green padlock” and can process checkout securely.
