I just need store on one page! How?

Using WP 3.0 and eShop v5.0

Hello,
Maybe you can help, if not point me in the right direction.

I installed the eShop plugin on my wordpress and I want to set up a store on ONE page of my site. The rest of my site has pages for:

Home
About
Consulting
Publications
Contact
News
Workshops

So you see there are other pages where there will be no store at all. However, from the main menu, people should be able to find the store and purchase my downloadable PDF’s. Is there a way to just set up the store on one page? If so, how do I do that? Do I need to build the look of the store from scratch?

I also purchased the eShop theme from Templatic, but apparently that will make all of my pages look like the store, which I don’t need. So I may have wasted my money.

If you can point me in the direction of a solution to my store issue, I’m willing to try things outside of eShop. I just need a functioning store.
