I just switched to BuddyX from the One Community theme

Wow: the process of installing and setting up BuddyX is a dream, especially compared to the nightmare I just went through with the One Community theme from Diabolique (perfect name for them). The BuddyX process is quick, clean, easy and professional, and the theme looks great! Let me tell you about my experience with One Community (sold via Envato, which I usually try to avoid). The One Community customer support is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Truly awful. But the documentation is also extremely poor, and the theme setup process is a disaster. On top of all that, the theme author refuses to refund my money, even though I only bought it 4 days ago, and Envato says they don’t have to make good on the money back guarantee if the author doesn’t. I hope the rest of my experience with BuddyX is as good as the initial experience.
