I just want to buy the Pro license

I just want to buy the Web Cerver Pro version !
I am currently using the free version and would like to update.
Only, when I go to the program’s website, I get a message that I am “maybe” suspiciously !!!
With a RID number.
How can I get past this barrier.
Nowhere can I find an email address to contact them directly.
Can anyone help me ?
