No matter what I do, I keep getting “Uncaught ReferenceError: ftsAjax is not defined” errors when I try to load an Instagram feed. I have tried deactivating/reactivating the plugin, reconnecting all of my feeds, and have even gone so far as to create a custom PHP function that will load the shortcode at a 9999999 priority… I also haven’t found anyone else with this same issue, so here I am, hitting the forum. Help!

Thanks for contacting us and checking out our plugin!

Lets try a few things here. Most importantly make sure that you are running the latest version of our plugin. 2.9.8.5. Next thing to double check is that your access token for the instagram feed is showing valid on the Instagram Options page of our plugin. If all is good there then continue below for suggested fixes.

    1. Place the instagram feed on a page all by itself and see if you get the same error, if so, try deactivating all others plugins but ours and see if the problem continues. If the error is gone reactivate each plugin until the error happens again.

    2. If the first option does not work please turn on a different theme momentarily and see if makes a difference.

    3. If nothing works above please email us at support @slickremix.com and include your instagram shortcode and system info report from the System Info page of our plugin.
