    I know very little html, but I was playing with the theme editing options of my site (luckily enough a test site). I was able to delete the side bar and the search option, but I was still trying to figure out how to enlarge the page, after getting rid of the sidebar, well, I deleted a partial code from a page (I thing it was congiguration page, or post or something) and this just killed the side. I have the entire code saved, but I can’t access anything to fix this thing. This is what appears:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ‘)’ in /home/danay/public_html/wp-content/themes/station/config/config_page_post.php on line 49

    how can I access my dashboard to fix this?

    Thanks

  • I reckon you only edited the files in your template folder. Simply go to wp-content ? themes ? station folder and delete the station theme folder which you have edited and then re-upload the new untouched theme folder in there. Hope that fix your issue.

    Thanks for your quick answer.

    I am supposed to do that the file manager from my control pannel, is that correct?

    Yes you can do so. Just go onto your file directory. Find where your wordpress blog is. In that folder follow the steps below;

    WordPress folder usually exists under htdocs folder.

    1. Go to wp-content ? themes ? station
    2. Delete station theme folder
    3. Re-upload the original station theme folder
    4. Then go to your admin page. https://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin
