Looks like the devs aren’t responding, but that isn’t supported by the default plugin and would require a fair amount of custom development/other plugins to make work.

you know any plugin that integrates well into the same theme and do the same things with a front-end?

If it were me, I’d use Gravity Forms (affiliate link) along with the Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types plugin to hook those up. I don’t know that it’d work for sure, but that’s the best solution I can think of to expose a form that hooks up to the People CPT on the front end.

Then again, I’m not the plugin developer of any of those ??
