Helpful support forum!

This theme is excellent. I’ve been blogging for 10 years and have tried numerous paid and free themes; Neve is by far the best of the lot.

I originally gave Neve a 3 star rating because I didn’t get a quick-enough response to a request for help. I wish I’d been more patient; it’s important to remember that the developers and support people get busy, too! They can’t always reply immediately, and I get it. Especially since I haven’t purchased the paid theme.

But the Neve team – Rodica in particular – has since then been excellent at helping me fix the problems that arise. So I’m happy to change my review from 3 to 5 stars!

Thank you so much, Neve, I really appreciate all your work. This is a great theme, and your support is amazing.
