• I liked the theme, quite snappy, but I’m not sure about the people behind it and their support.
    It took them 6 hours to give me the lifetime license after I purchased it.
    I have already asked for a refund but no response yet.
    Maybe they are very busy, who knows, but I would really like my money back.

    I paid 239,00 USD on 22 August 2022 using Paypal.
    Still no refund. Maybe you should hire more people, nothing good comes out of an understaffed company.

    I can assure you that none of our open tickets have a response time of more than 24 hours. If you are still waiting for our response, then I have my doubts about whether the email is arrived or not!

    Please contact us via the website’s live chat feature. If you could share the email, we can check to see if we received your request(ticket or email).

    We would be very unhappy if you chose to return the money and abandon Astra, but I can tell you that your money is safe with us. Within 14 days, you’ll surely receive a complete refund.

    My Astra support experience is dismal.

    I have a ticket open for 13 days. Astra’s resposnses include whining that the ticket volume is too high to respond, apologizing for the inconvenience, and thanking for the patience. The last Astra response was 6 days ago!

    I like the theme and only requiare a little support. It would be nice to have competent, timely support when required.

    Hi @thebengalboy, the ticket ID is 260385.

    Additionally, It appears that instead of using the staging site set up at Astra support’s request, Astra created a live test post that showed up on my site home page. As a result, there was a blank post on my homepage named “test”! I had to change the date so the blank “test” post did not show as one of the latest posts on my homepage.

    Also, global button changes seem to not work at all now. I wanted to link to a post last night. When I looked at the page I wanted to link, buttons were not right. I made a global change, and no change was made. I made an affiliate link directly to the manufactures’ product page so readers would not see my Astra buttons.

    Each time I have an Astra support ticket, it is a tedious process. I am moderately technical now but have an extensive technical and major accounts sales background supporting and selling data center and application development tools.

    It is bewildering that Astra has a good product with such desultory support. If any company I was associated with provided the low level support that Astra provides, I would have been unceremoniously and rightfully kicked out of the account.

    I really appreciate a little attention to this usnresolved Astra ticket. However, this an example of a typical Astra reply that does not resolve a ticket, give an update regarding progress, or make a committment for when to expect a resolution.

    This is a common Astra reply that gives the appearance of support but does not provide support.

    @thebengalboy One more comment, promise, I should have checked email. Thank you for escalating.
