I lost all settings after updating

Hello, I’m having a hard time, I made a lot of adjustments to the default template of the plugin and after receiving an update it was all reset and I lost everything.
What is the best way to solve this?Should I define another template? in which file I indicate the new template

That must be frustrating. But editing a plugin directly isn’t recommended.You could filter the template that’s used, by filtering
'amp_post_template_file'
