I lost all the tamples

  • Somehow, around 9th of July I lost all the templates. Maybe it’s my fault that I hadn’t exported them before.

    I have noticed just after about 10 daysl, that my customers are getting shitty basic woocommerce emails.

    Anyway, some time wasted. I’ve tried to backup just the yaymail and woocommerce to the date when everything was working fine, but it didn’t help.

    I guess it’s time for another plugin unfortunatley.

    I have contacted them on their websit on chat. They were kind and everything, but didn’t get really any answers so far.

    First of all, we are so sorry for the issue and all the inconvenience you have experienced.

    We tried getting all the templates back from your backup file but the file got issue. It has no data to import.

    If you are running the backup site, which has all the templates are working correctly, please get back to us. I have not received the response from you since our last conversation.
