    Someone guide me please

    This webpage has a redirect loop”. 502 Bad Gateway,

    If you are getting that message, ask your hosting company what’s going on with the server.

    You may also try to reinstall WP –

    Download a new copy of WP to your local computer. Then delete all files and folder EXCEPT the wp-content folder – and replace those files/folders from the new download, being careful to not overwrite the wp-content folder.

    Update for you : upload only wp-include and wp-content instead of whole file.

    Should it be that way or the whole file?

    Re-upload all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones but do not delete your root wp-config.php or .htaccess files.

    @esmi

    One question…

    Before I proceed to delete and upload a new files and folders to home-dir via my cpanel, please let it more detail about wp-confiq.php or .htacess.

    Just now I went to cpanel, my access-log in home dir is empty..waht do you meant by this?

    You need to locate the directory that you uploaded WordPress to. That is your WordPress root directory.

    (@azizpermata)

    Further question…( before proceed )

    I found wp-confiq.php only in here public_html/multimedia.
    ..not in other file even in wp-admin
