I lost my images changing servers

  • Changing servers, my backup was corrupted and I lost all my wp-content/uploads/ images.

    My blog already was running this plugin on the old server.

    I ran the Bulk Video Thumbnail Generator scanner, and it says that tha thumbnail exists “Existing thumbnail” but thats not true.

    How can I recreate them?
