I lost my menu in mobile view after activating this plugin

well, as per the troubleshooting guidelines in the FAQ;
* disable only JS or only CSS to identify what of those two causes the problem
* if JS look at your browser console for JS errors
* in your un-optimized site (add ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL) identify the CSS or JS-file that is responsible for the functionality that does not work
* exclude that JS (or CSS)-file from optimization

I followed the steps which you mentioned and came to know that there’s a problem in JS, but i am not able to identify the file responsible for the same.

you have AO off entirely now, you could run it with HTML & CSS optimization on as you know those work ??

for the JS-problem; try adding themes/shopkeeper/js/scripts-dist.js to the comma-separated JS optimization exclusions list.

Yes, it solved the issue.
But, my website did not get fast after it.
Earlier my website got fast when there was that issue but now it has again got slow.

define “fast”? how do you measure your performance?

Loading speed of the website?

well, if your mobile menu breaks, you _have_ to exclude that JS from optimization. the only other alternative is asking the shopkeeper-team to change their mobile menu to so that it can be optimized.

did a quick test of your site (homepage) with and without autoptimize:

load time without: 7.972s (details see https://www.webpagetest.org/result/180216_RF_de3a937767807b33d7ad2a8dd8c3f984/)
load time with: 4.388s (details see https://www.webpagetest.org/result/180216_35_19e048360544c0bdf1eb895193a539bf/)

so yeah, your site seems significantly faster with Autoptimize, even when that one file is excluded ??
