By the way, I’ve checked your website and it looks like there are plenty of CSS files (and very likely JS files as well) that aren’t needed and you can strip more “fat” at least from the homepage.
If you append /?wpacu_unload_css=wc-block-style%2Cwp-block-library%2Cslick%2Cwoo-customers-order-history to the URL, the plugin will load the page without the chosen CSS (this is a debugging feature so you can preview the possible changes you might do).
So, consider unloading the following handles and see if the homepage loads the same for both desktop and mobile views: wc-block-style, wp-block-library, slick, woo-customers-order-history.
