I love it but…

I absolutely love this theme but I am really struggling and about to call it quits because I suddenly have a black on black header below the ugly blue header that I can’t seem to get rid of. This theme creates and maintains what could be an absolutely astonishing site but what is the first thing readers see? Headers! I have two of them that nobody seems to know where they came from so how do I rectify or repair them? Anyone? I will update my review when I get the headers fixed if possible. Thanks.
