I love the way it looks

I love the way the theme looks and normally the way it works but it seems I have issues after the frequent updates. I use a lot of plugins and as with most wordpress plugin/theme combinations there are sometimes issues.

I had a recent customer service call and they were extremely helpful and helped me to identify the problem.
