I made a mistake changing in my dashboard of wordpress in settings the address

Two days ago I made a mistake changing in my dashboard of wordpress in settings the address: https://www.torresengineer.com/blog by https://www.torresengineer.com and suddenly I lost all connection with wordpress. I can’t get into fantastico deluxe to correct the problem, I can′t get into, trough wp-admin either.I changed in my phpmyadmin (cpanel) the password field in the wordpress database. What should I do?
