i-max theme customization unavailable under Appearance

  • Hi there,

    I am no longer able to customize my website through Appearance > Customize. When I open it, there are no any options unless widgets, when I click on widgets there is following message: Your theme has 2 widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them. You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.

    There is literally nothing to customize. What should I do?
