I migrated my WP and now I have less rights

    Ok, so i’ve been running WP on my homeServer for several weeks now. I finally exported the SQL, renamed all instances from the old DB name to the new and uploaded onto my host Server.
    I am able to login but I appear to have less Rights that I do at home. I cannot enable Plugins, I can;t see the Users tab and I cannot make any appearance changes to my Theme.
    Any ideas what I can look at in my DB?
