• Thank you Gerkin for fixing the bugs that caused those Internal server errors. I was finally able to reactivate the plugin today and made sure to run the update that was required because of the code changes.

Now I think I am just stupid or something but there is something I am not getting. I created a glossary term from the plugin and then created a post with the word I want to apply the glossary term I just created to so I have a tooltip. I used the glossary button to add the text and linked it to that.

BUT on my page when I do the preview (the post is a scheduled post so I can only generate preview of the post and not show you), the only thing that shows in the tooptip on hover is “free radicals” (which is the term) and not the glossary description I typed even though I have the plugin settings set to show the full tooptip content. In order to get to the description, you have to click on the terms to be taken to the glossary page for that deiscription, it does not show in tooltip.

Did I miss a key feature in my setup? Do I need to duplicate that description from the add tooltip button too?

One of my users asked for having the ability to override most of the options per tooltip. The base code was introduced un the Last update, so maybe it also messed up something. I gonna check this out asap.

Thank you Gerkin. The tooltip override is a good feature to have, yes. I’m sure it’s just a simple thing that makes it so my base glossary doesn’t show up. In the meantime I just copied it to the “override” tag. ??

    Hello,

I don’t see any unexpected behaviour here… Can you go to “text” mode of your editor and copy/past the tooltip that does not work?

    Hello,
As mentionned in this thread, disabling and re-enabling the plugin sometimes correct some issues….
