That site is not actually using tables there, but that doesn’t really matter. You can use the same approach. The idea is to put the tables in wrapping <div> containers, which have a reduced width. For better styling on small screens, you could use CSS3 Media Queries and adjust the widths of the <div>s with that.

You’ll likely have to extend the CSS code here with CSS3 Media Queries to reposition the <div>s.
