I need a bit of help

I want to redirect a user page to editing of user page.
So I have this type of url: https://www.domain.com/user/USERNAME/ and I want to redirect this page to https://www.domain.com/user/USERNAME/?action=edit.

Keep in mind that USERNAME is dynamic for each user.
