I need a few changes made today… will pay $50… can you help?

I have installed wordpress for a friend/client website and am looking for some help with making a few changes that need to be done today. For someone who knows their stuff, these are likely rather simple changes…

Edit the colour scheme, remove the ‘read more’ button from posts… force only 2 posts on the main page (1 latest and 1 sticky), widgetize the footer, make it so that the main page post will show a full image rather than a thumb… and a couple other little things.

I had already hired someone but that was a couple days ago and nothing has been done yet despite his assurances… and this needs to be done asap… so if you are confident you can get these changes done today, please let me know.
