I need a form query plugin (Free or Premium)

  • I have searched through the net for a plugin that works like the one on this link:

    I want to create a form on a page, whereby people can search for list of persons or companies on the website, by using profession, location, and other defined criteria.

    I don’t know the right name/term to call it, but if you anybody knows of any such plugin, I would appreciate recommendations.

  • Just out of curiosity, how much would you pay for a plugin like that?

    Search for something like “store locator” or “dealer locator”. I know that store locator gets a lot of results, so something should be able to help you in that result.
