I need a lightbox with a URL for lightbox mode (like flickr)

Hi I am trying to figure out a way to make URLS from my lightbox images similar to flickr. When you are on the flickr comments page its just flickr.com/23243423/ but when you are in lightbox mode it says flickr.com/2342432/lightbox/ which you can link to your friends and it will load their page in lightbox mode. If anyone knows a method that would be great for photography showcase ??
