I need a php expert to add a special widget (Ill Pay)

    I need a php expert to add a special widget where people can upload their own fotos to a widget, choose a print size, drag the photo into prefered position and then order, if no order is placed the tghe foto they uploaded is scrapped.
    any1?
    what would it cost me?
