I need a Plug in to upload files from muy web

  • Hello! My name is Dani, Iam from Spain (my english is not very good)
    I write here because in the Spanish forums there are not many helpers.

    My cuestion:
    my web is copuma.22web.com
    Its a place for the students of the university. I need that the visitors can upload files to a dropbox acount or similar.
    I also want to limitate the files (only .doc,.odt and not more than 10MB for example..)
    I am alrready using dropbox, I found a dropbox plug in to upload files but it didnt function to mi.
    Is there any solution or ideas to solve this problem?? This is a free and solidarity project.
