• Hi, I purchased NextScripts and unfortunately the plugin is not working. Every time I try to connect to a network, an error happens, or some blockage that I don’t know how to identify. I contacted support via the ticket, but I have not had a response so far. I did several searches on the nextscripts forum about the problem I’m experiencing and there are dozens of people with the same complaint: 1. Does not work; 2. Do not connect; 3. Customer service does not respond; 4. Delayed service; Unfortunately I don’t have time to wait for the deadlines (which have already passed) to have an answer about what should be done. Finally, I want to request a refund of the amount paid. Thanks

  • I suspect you will never get an answer. The author is obviously not interested in FREE users.

    Thank you for your reply. I got the payment back (I had a pro account), but it was through PayPal.

    I opened a dispute stating that NextScripts was not paying attention and they made the bridge to get the chargeback.

    Wow, what is going on with that plugin author? He probably doesn’t care about the users at all, unbelievable.

    Let’s see if it works now since I have the same problem.

    I’m not sure where you saw the “Great News” but I can’t see it. He’s done such damage to his reputation already, it may be too late to really recover.

    As with sergior, I filed a complaint with PayPal and got a refund.

    2 years without support, I can only imagine how much money they made. lol

    everyone should ask for a refund and paypal should remove them from the payment!
