I need a template for advertising apartments

Hello

I need a template for advertising apartments.
It is important that the template has a calendar of availability for

each day (the best half day and full day) and there is no booking,

just ads for apartments.

The problem is that all the templates have a booking or no

availability calendar.
If i add a component for calendar advertiser governing ad with one

login, a calendar with another …. this is not good.
