I need a video plugin that will play automaticly

I need a video plugin that will play automaticly. Every video plugin that I download forces the visitor to click on the video to play. I also need a video plugin that I can use to upload files from my computer instead of imbedding them, if possible.

I’ve installed so many plugins troubleshoting this option, yet to no avail. Help!
