I need an advice in choosing a theme paid or free

Hello,

I want to make a website where my employers can upload / submit their working progress.

As an example :

This website will be selfhosted and Mr. X can go to 192.168… fill in a form where he will have :

Name : Mr X
Hours worked : 9
Number of shirts made : 7
Number of shoes made : 3

And to submit the form to a database where all is centralized. Any ideas would be much appreciated, thank you !
