I need an image header plugin that also works for Search, 404, and other pages

    Hello. I’m currently using Unique Headers plugin, it works well for the limited options it covers, pages and posts, but it does not offer the option to provide a unique header for search results pages, or for the “results” page at the top of a selection of posts, or for error pages, etc.

    Does your plugin offer those options?

    If so, would your plugin conflict with Unique Headers, as I would prefer not to do all that work over again, just leave it in place, and add yours to add headers ot the other functions. I wrote to Unique Headers author to see if he was planning an update (or could do custom work in this case), no answer as of weeks later.

    There is no conflict yet reported with the unique headers plugin, and you can independently use my plugin as it has a separate shortcode and it will not override the other plugin’s functionality. You can use my plugin for only those pages where the other plugin is not working as expected. Sorry for the late response.

    Hi. Thank you for the information. I installed it, and even with the video how-to included in the settings area, I can’t see any way to easily put a custom header onto search results, error pages, etc. I am a dumb old blogger, I can’t easily deal with php snippets, or altering my theme for which I also have no child theme.

    I need a no-brainer plugin where I can check off what I need to apply the header to it.
