    For this paste the following css code in custom css filed (Theme Dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> header setting >> custom css filed )

    .header-top-area, .sidebar-widget-tab > .active a, .pagetitle-separator-box {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #00c2a9 !important;
}

.header-top-area, .sidebar-widget-tab > .active a, .pagetitle-separator-box {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #00c2a9 !important;
}
.pagetitle-separator-border {
    background-color: #00c2a9 !important;
}

    Change color code as you need.
