    I have a problem with my website. The ability to edit the menu has disappeared. I used to be able to edit the menu, but now I can’t. The Layout and Style sections are not active when the mouse button is clicked.
    When you click on menu editing (pencil icon), the menu editing field does not appear at the bottom of the page.
    I have disabled the plugins, but this does not solve the problem. I need to be able to edit the menu…What should I fix? Rolling back theme versions does not help.

    Thank you for using Neve and i’m sorry about the issues you encountered!

    I tried and I couldn’t reproduce the issue on my end, so it might be related to external plugins or something similar.

    Can you please show a screen recording that better outlines the issue?

    Do you see any console errors/warnings while you are trying to open the layout and style tabs of the customizer?

    While this can also be a plugin conflict, please try to deactivate your plugins one by one and see if the issue persists without any plugin activated. Besides this, you can also open the website in incognito mode and see if it’s working, as it can also happen because of browser caching or a third party extension.

    Hello. Errors are not displayed. I have disabled the plugins, but the error persists. The situation is similar in incognito mode. I have a plugin for caching WP Rocket, but I always disable it before editing and clean the cache. I’ve tried different browsers. Reinstalling the theme does not help. I don’t understand what to do about it. I don’t want to change the theme, but I can’t edit the menu…

    I’m sorry about the persistence of the issue and thank you for being patient about this!

    To further troubleshoot this, can you switch to some other themes and check if the Customizer fully works in that context too? Also, please try to change your website’s language to English (United States) to be sure that the problem isn’t related to the language.

    If the issue happens only with Neve, please install Health check plugin and send here any visible errors and the site info, so we can have a better picture on this.

    I see you have a few plugins there that might interfere with this, and there is no noticeable error, visible without accessing your site’s dashboard.

    I see that you also seem to have Neve PRO. If that’s the case, and you are a premium user with a valid license, I invite you to contact us on https://themeisle.com/contact/ , so we can have a look on your dashboard and try to troubleshoot this further.
