i need help

  • i have a big problem, i can not upload images and thumbnails do not work recently. when i try to upload an image i get this error message:
    Failure to remove the file “index.jpg” because he got wrong.
    You can not move the file that was submitted to the folder / home / **** / public_html / wp-content / uploads

    i do not know if the translation is correct , because i am using a non-enflish version .

    what’s the problem?
    how to solve it ?
