I need help in setting up shipping with woocommerce

  • My client wants to charge a set rate per bottle of wine he sells depending on the region. I’ve already set up the regions. I thought I had the different shipping amounts included. However, the only one that comes up is for the zone that charges $3.00 per bottle. Why won’t the other zones show?

    Also, he charges the flat rate per bottle only when a customer orders 12 or more bottles. How to I set the shipping to include this.
