I need HELP NOW! Can't login to website!

  • I have not been able to access our website for 3 days. When I try to login I get “HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.” I have tried logging in with Google Chrome and Internet Explorer but get the some response. I need to gain access to my website ASAP. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Does this happen only when trying to login or when anyone visits the site?

    Did you checked your server error log? Server error log should be available form your hosting account. You might want to call your hosting providers if you not sure where it is.
