I need Help to find a plugin

Hello everyone I need help. I have to find a plugin that can help me with my job. I need a thing like a form where my customers can upload their data. They have to upload some datas which arrive from 3/4 different part and I want that any customer can choose between their profile, in my case, people can have more gas meters with different PDR (identify numbers) and then they receive a copy by email (I’m using Forminator but is incomplete). Yes incomplete because I want that every customers have a collection of this data in their personal page.
