    Hi,

    I need help!

    I am using Paypal Express for payment.

    When I use Paypal Sandbox to do the tests everything works perfectly.

    But when we switch to the production environment Paypal cancels all subscriptions right after purchase.

    The orders are created on Paypal and PMP without any problems.

    Paypal creates the subscription, but cancels soon after.

    I can see all orders created and canceled in my Paypal account and in PMP.

    I need help urgently, because I can’t find the reason for the cancellations.

    Can someone help me?

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing here.

    Looking at your IPN message, I see that the payment failed “initial_payment_status=Failed”.

    Please can you reach out to PayPal support to follow up why this payment failed specifically as they may be able to provide you more information as to why the payment failed.
