    Hello there,

Please I apologise if I post this here as I don’t know if this is the right place. You’re most welcome to move if necessarily.

I’ve tried Paid Membership Pro (PMP) and Stripe direct service (SDS). My goal is to allow members to have multiple subscriptions under a single account.

    1. Stripe Direct Integration(SDS): I considered using Stripe’s direct service for a more straightforward approach. I used my Stripe checkout code for that certain subscription generated from a membership level I setup in my Stripe account, which I added to my website’s pricing table button. However, I’m unsure how to configure this subscription back to my website’s members-only page after a completed checkout. Despite several days of trying, I couldn’t figure it out and ended up giving up on SDS. I don’t know if they do multiple subscriptions under their single account?
    2. PMP Issues: I switched to PMP because it supports multiple subscriptions per account, which I think SDS may not. I followed the video tutorial to set up the membership levels and connect PMP with Stripe. Unfortunately, I hit a roadblock during the membership setup process and couldn’t proceed further. I couldn’t find any code or guidance to resolve this issue, and I’m stuck trying to configure PMP with my existing members-only page. And I don’t know what to do or whether to go back to a straightforward service.

Please, I need a clear view of how everything works so to unstuck my view of how stripe works. I’ve invested a lot of time and effort into this, and I don’t want to abandon my progress. I know the workforce is harassing me and I’ve already gave them the bird so I can be my own boss. If anyone has directions, insights or solutions for any of these issues, please I would greatly appreciate your help. I don’t mind which one of these two I take as long as I find my way out.

Thank you so much for your assistance and looking forward to hearing you.

    Kindest regards

    Bismarck

Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/support/

Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know how it operates. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Hi James,

I wanted to let you know that I’ve identified the cause of the disappearing black bar—it’s actually the PMPro plugin. I tested this by deactivating it, and sure enough, the black bar reappeared.

Unfortunately, it seems I have no other option but Stripe.

Thank you for all your help, and I hope you have a great week!

    Best regards,

    Biz
