Here is the page https://pacereunion2015.com/calendar/ see the calendar item in Ocvtober
Also how do i add a paypal account? Im so lost Please help??????The PayPal connection is in WooCommerce -> Settings under ‘Checkout’.
As far as the event showing up, there could be a couple possible reasons:
1. Is the event Published? Perhaps the Event is in draft?
2. You mentioned a JS error. Perhaps you could copy the error here in the ticket? If those don’t solve it, if you can create an WP account for us and email it to [email protected] we can have a developer login (likely Monday) and make sure the settings are correct.
We’ll be able to help resolve.
I published the event and it show up on the calendar page of my site go look here https://pacereunion2015.com/calendar/ the event is october 10th, which my the way, i would want the calendar to default to the event month not have to go through a few months to get to the ONE event i am doing.
When you slect the event here https://pacereunion2015.com/qsot-event/pace-high-30-year-reunion/2015-10-10_730pm/
you see the image and the the ability to reserve a ticket. if you select 1 or 2 or whatever number it pops up a window that says updated your reservation successfully and the offer em theoption to proceed to cart… when i click on that to purchase then i get a page with this belowFor a better experience, certain features of javascript area required. Currently you either do not have these features, or you do not have them enabled. Despite this, you can still purchase your tickets, using 2 simple steps.
STEP 1: Below, enter the number of tickets you wish to purchase, then click Reserve Tickets.
STEP 2: Finally, once you have successfully Reserved your Tickets, click Proceed to Cart to complete your order.

STEP 2: ReviewYou currently have:
Currently, there are 200 more “Pace Reunion Ticket” ($120.00) available for purchase.
X Pace Reunion Ticket$120.00except that’s its? i cant buy a ticket, i cant go forward go back nothing I am stuck right there.
what do i do?Also what i had said is that i followed the tutorials to the T and there was nothing ever about adding my paypal account, just the settings where i selected paypal, but how would it go to me? Nothing in the tutorials about any of that?
Frustrating, please help if you can? Nedd this working by MOnday or its useless to me. ??
ISelaHello @iselag,
Our tutorials really only cover the features of our software, OpenTickets. Our software is built on top of another software, which we do not make, called WooCommerce. You can find a video about how to setup your WooCommerce ‘Paypal standard’ payment type, via a video produced by WooCommerce, found on the WooCommerce Video pages.
Moving on to the issue you are reporting about the ‘For a better experience…’ message, this looks like a problem being created by the theme you are using. Using Firefox’s Firebug extension, I can see that when I load the event from your calendar, the event page has a javascript error, which preventing most of the javascript on the page from running. The javascript error is originating from your theme, in the file
https://pacereunion2015.com/wp-content/themes/omnitheme/js/select.init.js
, around line 4. The error says that the javascript is syntactically wrong. It says that there is a missing single quote (‘) somewhere.Using both Firefox and Chrome, I can actually get the ticket selection interface to load; however, Firefox and Chrome are a little more forgiving when it comes to javascript errors than other browsers. I could not get the Interface to load in IE or Safari, because of this unrecoverable javascript error. I recommend trying to either: 1) disable that specific javascript feature or your theme, or 2) try to repair the javascript feature.
As a test, I recommend you temporarily switch to a different theme (like the twentyfifteen theme that comes with WordPress). This would only be for a short time, so you can see that the problem is originating in your theme, not in the plugin. Activate the twentyfifteen theme, then check the event page. The ticket selection UI should show, in which case we will then have confirmed that this is a problem with the theme, most likely.
If you need help resolving this, we could offer additional help, but that will also require access to your site. If you are comfortable with that, we can discuss how to safely give us temporary access. If not, that is understandable. Any developer should be able to aid with tracking down the problem.

Greetings, I have a www.ads-software.com site and I would like to begin “another” new site with www.ads-software.com. Can’t seem to find how to begin that adventure? Need Advise. Thanks C
Hey @bite-size,
I am not sure your question is about OpenTickets. In fact, I am not entirely sure what you are specifically asking here. Maybe more details about your situation would help me understand the question. If you are looking for generic information on starting a WordPress site, a good place to begin is in the WordPress Codex, on the Getting Started page. There you have access to way more valuable information than I could write in a single conversation thread. If you are not looking for generic information about WordPress though, I am afraid I am gunna need more information to response appropriately to the question.
