I need help with this plugin installation

    Hi,

    I found this plugin while looking for a plugin to redirect users from specific countries to specific pages. For example, I want users from countries other than Pakistan to see different ‘pricing or ‘contact us pages.

    The installation guidelines seem a bit complicated to me.

    It says: IP2Location Redirection requires the IP2Location BIN database to work.

    What does this mean?

    Okay, I have downloaded and installed the plugin. The caching is turned on my website, does this mean the plugin wouldn’t work? Moreover, would it be okay if I simply exclude the URLs -the ones that I want to redirect- from caching?

    Yes, you may try to exclude the URL from caching to prevent redirection not working.

    This plugin is working fine with free database.

    But, if you need more accurate location detection, you can purchase the commercial database from https://www.ip2location.com/database/db1-ip-country

    Thanks. I just need to redirect two pages on my website for international clients.

    Is it okay to keep using the free database for this purpose?
