    Is the domain name owned by www.ads-software.com?
    Or is the domain name owned by the user?
    The website itself is not being used.

    The website itself is not being used.

    This is not to be reported as abuse. Domain owner paid for domain (to domain registrator), they are paying for server (to hosting or renting hardware from datacenter), thats their personal business… You cannot know who they are and how to contact them, unless they publish contacts themselves.
