• I just purchased the Ares Pro and I thought it would be much better with a paid version and to tell you the truth, ITS EXACTLY THE SAME> Your videos dont help.
    I need to move things around and change size of font. What it looks like in the dashboard does not look like in the published version.
    I have MANY questions about this product.
    Wondering WHY I purchased something that I cant use. Should have stayed with free because it looks exactly the same way. I cant move anything around. Cant do anything. This has NOT HELPED>
    Please give me a support number

    I think you need to direct this at the people who sold you the theme/ plugin. This forum is to help with WordPress the core application, and themes and plugins that are distributed on www.ads-software.com.

    that would be wonderful if there was a number to call. I sent 2 support tickets with in thier website it self and have been waitingdays for a reply. They mentioned that they check the forum here mostly

    Nope, don’t post there. These support forums are for the free version hosted on the WordPress repository. This is what I reply with when someone needs commercial support for a product.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    The author would risk getting in trouble if they supported their customers in these forums. That’s just not allowed.

    I have Tried to contact them there several times and truthfully this is getting ridiculous now. I had to create support tickets with in what you mention and I have been waiting for days to get a reply to something that needs immediate attention.
