I need social user status plugin…?

I need a plugin to make users able to post their current status (a free text on a short amount of characters), all statuses should appear on a page. And statuses should be able to be commented. Do you know one plugin like that? – Its like facebook, you post your status and it appears on one page. Exept their you choose your friends and such…

Please I really need it! ??
